Stellar Pizza And Ale is a Pizza restaurant located in Seattle. Stellar Pizza, Ale, & Cocktails was established in 2001 when myself & my husband Courtney set out to create the kind of place we would like to frequent in our beloved Georgetown neighborhood. After searching for the perfect location for over 3 years, we found the Bertoldi building, which once housed Beannie’s Tavern and the original Georgetown Liquor. Along with several other buildings throughout Georgetown it is still owned by the Bertoldi Family today. The history and ambience of the building makes it the perfect place for an old-school pizzeria.
