Chef Jason Hess, originally from Salt Lake City, is a graduate from the Culinary Institue of America in New York, the top culinary school in the nation. He has cheffed for Wolfgang Puck in his San Fransico Retaurant, Postrio. The Jasoh Menu is a combination of some of Jason's favorites, like gourmet pizzas baked in our wood burning oven, incredible Demi Glaze/Wine Reduction sauces, and many other items showcasing flavors of the Mediterranean, Spain, Italy and Asia.
