The Lot

The Lot is a restaurant located in Bend. Established in 2013, we took the food cart pod concept to a whole new level by designing a space for a group of food carts to gather together around a central seating area. We wanted to create an inviting atmosphere for food truck truck fans to eat their delicious street food. Integrating a taproom added the option of enjoying local pints with the food cart pod experience.

This was a new concept at the time and obviously well received by the Bend community.
