Counting House is a restaurant located in Durham. Jeff Seizer’s menu is built for sharing and reflects his love for North Carolina’s seasonal ingredients and his philosophy that food should be simply prepared. Chef Jeff is best known in the Triangle for his time as executive chef and co-owner of the acclaimed Royale restaurant in Raleigh. Prior to that he spent 8 years in New York working in some of restaurateur Danny Meyer’s most acclaimed kitchens including Maialino and Union Square Café.
