Rose’s Noodles

Rose’s Noodles is an Asian restaurant located in Durham. Justin and Katie Meddis opened Rose’s Meat Market & Sweet Shop in 2013, fusing Justin’s skill at whole animal butchery with Katie’s talent for artisan pastry. In addition to selling meat and sweets, the Shop offered sandwiches, ramen and noodle dishes drawing from Justin’s experience in Japanese restaurant kitchens in San Francisco.
