Fresh fillets are grilled over a wood fire or broiled to perfection, and Squid’s famous fried seafood is lightly breaded and deep fried in a heart healthy canola oil blend. Oysters and clams are served raw or lightly steamed at the Oyster Bar, a gathering place for local seafood connoisseurs.
