The Pink Adobe is a Steak house located in Santa Fe. The Pink Adobe restaurant was established in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy. Known affectionately by locals as “The Pink,” the restaurant has grown into a local and national landmark since its humble beginnings of serving French onion soup and apple pie. The Pink is located in the center of the historic Barrio de Analco, across the street from the San Miguel Mission, the oldest church in the United States, just two blocks south of the Plaza. For over 50 years Rosalea filled her days using her talents and energy to create a unique flavor, décor and personality that makes this restaurant so special.
