Brando’s Citi Cucina is an Italian restaurant located in Asbury Park. Brando’s was founded on the premise of great food made from quality ingredients, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere, which we believe are the three elements of an enjoyable dining experience. Brando’s is an “Osteria” in the truest meaning of the word. “Osteria” means a place where the owner hosts his guests. The chef/owner, Steven Botta, grew up in Brooklyn and learned many of the recipes used at Brando’s from his mother.
