Mi-sant Banh Mi is a restaurant located in Brooklyn Park. At Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co, we have one simple goal: to deliver you the best quality banh mi with integrity. Banh mi and croissants are our passion (hence, the name Mi-Sant). How we got here can be traced back to our roots. We are second-generation Vietnamese American immigrants.

Our parents got started in the trade as a means of survival in a foreign country. They worked hard, so we didn’t have to. But here we are – picking up what they started, not because we have to but because we want to. Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co. is a tribute to their years of hard work, homage to their craft, and mostly creating something they can be proud of.
