Drifters

Drifters is a restaurant offering Seafood located in South Chatham. A South Chatham native and West Coast turned East Coaster met while bartending at Schiller’s Liquor Bar in the lower east side Manhattan. Eventually that Cockle Cove native wound up back on Cape Cod. When the “old Cumbys” became available the two friends took the chance to share their take on clean, local coastal cuisine, paired with small, honest wine producers, and a serious cocktail program.
