Dio Mio

Dio Mio is an Italian restaurant located in Denver. Opened in 2016 in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, Dio Mio is a fast-casual restaurant offering fresh pasta, creative share plates, and tasty drinks. Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura used their fine dining backgrounds to create a concept that features a mix of traditional Italian and contemporary food in a relaxed and approachable environment.

Our unique service-style combines counter-service with tableside support, allowing you to create the experience you want without the fuss of full-service. The pair’s vision is executed by a great team led by Chef Peter McTiernan and Sous Chef Danny Camacho.
