Chuckwagon is a restaurant located in Mackinac Island. This place is so easily overlooked in and among the bigger restaurants on Main Street, but you'll be missing excellent food and an even better experience if you stop for a meal. I've had breakfast there, had lunch, and both were terrific. Nothing fancy, just good cooking served in a long, narrow restaurant with a counter and stools besides a couple of tables. It's also worth the visit to overhear the conversations going on among the 'regulars' on the Island. There's a lot about Mackinac the day-tripper never sees or learns. Stop in the Chuckwagon for a great experience!"
