Cary Ale House & Brewing Company is a Winery / Brewery / Vineyard located in Cary. The Cary Ale House is a gastro pub focusing on high quality food made from scratch daily in our kitchen.  All of our signature sauces accompanying the menu items are artfully designed and homemade bringing a unique and wonderful flavor profile for our guests to enjoy.  Besides the excellent food, we boast a selection of over 85 beers as well as a fully stocked bar with craft spirits, wine and hand-crafted specialty cocktails.  Our brewing operation is up and running and we have 4-6 house drafts available at any given time. Our restaurant sits 66 people and families with children are more than welcome during our dining hours.
