Iced gems Baking is known for the wide variety of beautifully crafted imaginative flavors all made from scratch using the very best base ingredients of flour, sugar, butter, free-range eggs, and organic milk. Wherever possible we source from local farms and dairies. We don’t add preservatives or stabilizers, only natural flavors and quality extra items to create our characterful flavor varieties. Each day we produce over 25 different flavors of cupcakes including a dozen ‘everyday classics’ with the rest chosen at the whim of the bakers from a constantly growing list.
