So, the company formed Signature Entertainment and its first venue was the opening of Baang Cafe and Bar - an East meets West fusion concept in Greenwich, Connecticut.

In recognition of the breadth and success of the company's food service operations, the De Caros have just announced that their enterprise will now be called the De Caro Restaurant Group, says Brian De Caro, President of De Caro Restaurant Group.
