Bo Ling's, named after its creators Richard "Bo" and Theresa "Far Ling" Ng, opened in 1981 looking to introduce a higher standard of quality Chinese dining to Kansas City. Currently expanded to six locations throughout the Greater Kansas City area, where Bo Ling's has been acknowledged repeatedly as the Best Chinese Restaurant in town.
